Obituary for Richard Henry Comer Print Comer, Richard Age 92 of Excelsior died February 2, 2019. Deephaven High graduate 1943, WWII Army Air Corp Veteran, University of Minnesota graduate 1949, longtime member of the Minnewashta Church, EAA enthusiast, self-taught VW mechanic, Kairos prison ministry volunteer and a Chan-O-Laires singer. Preceded in death by wife of 60 years, Dorothy Comer.

Survived by children, Alan (Chris) Comer, Beth (Jeremy) Cone, Cindy (Walter) Stenavich, Don (Heidi Nelson) Comer, Eric (Karlene) Comer, and Faye Comer (Greg Priest); 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild; nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends to be held this Spring. Memorials preferred to Minnewashta Church.
