Richard Keith Smith, age 84, of Houghton Lake, MI, formerly of Phillipsburg, OH, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. He was born June 22, 1934 to the late Belva Keith & Helen Marie (Dowler) Smith in Montgomery County, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his second wife Deanna Smith and third wife Linda L. Smith.

He will be missed and remembered by his children Randal K. (Karole) Smith of Union, Pamela J. (Wally) Myers of Clayton, Richard W. (Michelle) Smith of Parma Heights; stepchildren Terri Pointer, Susie Murray, Ted Jarvis, Garry (Sally) Jarvis, Cheryl (Matt) Reiter, and Jerry Stanley; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister Janet Marie Van Tine of Huber Heights and nephew Michael Van Tine. Richard was an avid bowler which he bowled a perfect game twice and was a huge Ohio State Football fan. The family will receive friends from 10 AM-12 PM on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a graveside service to follow in Arlington Cemetery, Brookville.
