Richard M. Richard M. Kelly, 63, of Rosendale died Tuesday February 12, 2019. Born December 23, 1955 in Kingston, he is the son of Mary Ann (Haber) Decker and the late Howard Kelly. Richard was employed by Empire Merchants North in Coxsackie, He was an avid hunter and a member of the Lake Katrine Rod and Gun Club.

He was also a member of the Kingston Bowling Association where he bowled in the Monday Night Mid-City League, was a loyal fan of the Oakland Raiders and was known to friends as the “World’s Tallest Leprechaun”. Surviving in addition to his mother are his siblings, Michael Kelly and his wife Elizabeth, Maureen Kelly (Theodore Morrow), Mary Ellen Burham and her husband Timothy; his brothers in law, Tim Dean and Ron Foster; his godsons, Eli Burham and Jarrod Dean. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins also survive.

His sisters, Kathryn Foster and Justine Dean both died previously. His beloved black Labradors, Samantha and Memo also predeceased him. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, 121 Executive Drive, New Windsor, NY 12553.
