Formerly of Albany, NY he had been a resident of Estero for the past 6 years. Richard was born November 2, 1972 in Albany, NY a son of Dr. Edgar S. and Dr. Amelia L. Henriques.

He is survived by his parents, Dr. Edgar S. and Amelia L. Henriques of Estero, FL; brother, Dr. Ed Henriques of Albany, NY; and sister, Melissa Henriques of Estero, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Light Catholic Community, 19680 Cypress View Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33967. Arrangements are being handled by Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home.
