Obituary for Richard S. Kowaleski RICHARD S. KOWALESKI, age 77 of Port Hope, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Harbor Beach Community Hospital. He was born on August 5, 1940, to the late Casmier and Stella (Dunajski) Kowaleski. He and Margo Erickson were united in marriage on August 13, 1960 in Troy.

Dick enjoyed yard work, gardening and making wine. He is survived by his wife Margo Kowaleski of Port Hope, and children: Tammy Emerick of Bad Axe, Rick Kowaleski of Port Hope, Jeff (Lori) Kowaleski of Port Hope, Mark Kowaleski and Rhonda King of Harbor Beach, 5 grandchildren: Adrian Emerick & Tim, Kristen Weiss & Steven, Connor Kowaleski, Adam Kowaleski and Alexis Kowaleski, one great grandson: Tate, and siblings: Cass Kowaleski of Lapeer, Jerry Kowaleski of Port Hope, and Patricia Hoody of Port Hope. Dick was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Thomas Kowaleski and William Kowaleski.

Funeral Service for Richard will be Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 4pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach, with Rev. Ron Schultz officiating. Cremation wwill follow at Sunset Valley Crematory.

Internment will be at OLLH Church Cemetery at a later date. Visitation for Richard will be on Sunday beginning at 1pm until time of services at 4pm. Memories can be shared at www.
