Obituary for Richard Wayne Williams Richard Wayne Williams, 66, of Ridgeway, passed away on September 20, 2018 at UNC Rockingham Health Care. He was born March 20, 1952, in Ridgeway to the late Henry Williams and Katherine Seay of Ridgeway. In addition to his father; he was preceded in death by his Step-Father, Toney Seay; brothers Jeffrey Williams, and Andrew Tyler; step-brother Tony Seay; nephews, Tracy Waddell, and Christopher Williams.

In addition to his mother; he is survived by his wife, Judy Hardy Williams of the home, Daughters and Sons-in-law, Teresa Terry (David), and Tessa Spencer; Son, Donald Lee Willard; Sisters, Kay Barbour(Donald), Carol Jewell (Charles), Terry Laliberte and Tammy Clark (Mike); Brothers, Henry Williams (Regina), Michael Williams and Robert Williams ( Audrey); Grandchildren, Michael Gordon, Ashley Hayzlett, Jordan, TJ, and Cole; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at 12 Noon, prior to the Memorial service, which will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 24, 2018, in the Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Director Kelly Ratcliff officiating. Interment will be private.
