Obituary for Cindy Harris Hall Lucinda “Cindy” Harris Hall died unexpectedly at her home on September 1, 2018 at the age of 56. Cindy is survived by her mother, Peggy Smith Harris of Ridgeway; husband, Frank William Hall and son, Jamie Lee Hall both of the home in Collinsville; siblings, James Daniel “Jimmy” Harris and wife Mary Hawks Harris of Ridgeway and Sandra Harris Clement and husband Charlie Clement of Ararat; sister-in-law, Lou Hall Brammer and husband Keith Brammer of Woolwine; special nieces, Allyson Clement and Angela Bateman and nephews, Will Clement and Kenneth Bateman. Her beloved father, James Bascum “Bac” Harris, preceded her in death.

Cindy was born on September 18, 1961 in Saltville, Virginia. She graduated from Drewry Mason High School in 1979. She married Frankie in 1980 and together they raised their son, Jamie Lee.

Cindy attended T.R.A.S.H. Ministry in Collinsville. Cindy loved life and everyone she met. She was a giving individual who could entertain a crowd with a humorous story or antic.

Cindy loved her family and friends and was passionate about learning God’s word. She had recently enrolled in Grace Bible College to work on a degree in Women’s Ministry. Cindy often volunteered at Higher Ground Christian Retreat on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 11:00 A. M. on Saturday , September 8, 2018 at Wright Funeral Service Chapel in Martinsville. Pastor JT Clark and Pastor Mike Price will officiate the ceremony. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
