Ricky Allen Lawles, Jr., age 29 of Seymour, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at home. Born July 20, 1989 in Seymour, he was the son of Ricky Allen Lawles Sr. and Lisa Ann (Nolan) Lawles. Ricky attended Seymour High School and had worked in the repo business.

He was an avid coon hunter and traveled competing across the country. He also enjoyed fishing, playing his drums, and working on cars and motorcycles. Ricky had a white pitbull named Ghost that adored him.

Survivors include his mom, Lisa of Seymour; sons, Cameron Jett and Raiden Jackson James Lawles; brother, Corey (Angie) Lawles of Brownstown; niece, Riley; grandmother, Anna Lawles-Hadley of Columbus; grandfather, Tony Nolan of Seymour; Uncles, Jack (Rebecca) Lawles and James H. (Gail) Lawles, Jr.; aunts, Sandy (Brad) Gay, Janice Spears and Linda (Lonnie) Doty. Ricky was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Sr.; paternal grandfather, James H. Lawles, Sr. and maternal grandparents, Judy and Larry Stockdale; and uncle Dale Spears.

Services will be at 1:30pm on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre with Brother Larry Dalton officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
