Robert’s Obituary Oakwood, Illinois – Robert C. Gorham, 87, of Oakwood, passed away at 4:50 am Thursday March 14, 2019 at North Logan Healthcare in Danville. He was born September 20, 1931, in Danville, Illinois to Robert & Mabel Gorham. Bob married Eva Jean Gibson March 22, 1968 in Danville, Illinois.

She survives as well as: 1 son: Alan (Nancy) Leach of Oakwood, 1 brother, Buddy Crippin, IL 2 granddaughters: Jessica (Austin) Hogue & Jennifer Leach, 2 great grandchildren: Hudson Hogue and Harper Hogue. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Bruce and 1 brother. Bob was a Navy veteran and had been a truck driver.

He enjoyed gardening and sharing his produce with others. Bob loved attending his granddaughters sporting events and following their activities. He enjoyed grilling out and using his smoker.

Memorial visitation will be from 1-3pm on Sunday at Robison Chapel in Catlin, with an open house to follow from 4-7pm on Sunday at the home of his son Alan Leach 515 South Oakwood Street, Oakwood, Illinois. Memorials in his memory to the Oakwood Youth Ball League. Online condolences at www.
