Obituary for Robert Clifton Dolan Robert ‘Bob’ Clifton Dolan, age 84, of Indian Mound, TN, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Diversicare of Dover. He was born March 14, 1934 in Clay County, Kentucky, married Ethel N. Rains in Cincinnati, OH on, August 16, 1958 and came to know the Lord on June 26, 1984 at Blooming Grove Baptist Church, Woodlawn, TN. He was a member of the Stewart County Senior Center, Dover, TN and Cross Creek Baptist Church, Indian Mound, TN.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel Nora (Rains) Dolan, sons, Dennis Dolan and Johnny Dolan, daughter, Patricia Ann ‘Sissy” Dolan, granddaughter, Amber Michele Dolan. He had several step brothers and sisters scattered throughout the USA, including, Mary, Jo, and Tressi. He was preceded in death by his brother, Billie Dolan.

As requested, Bob was cremated and his cremains will be buried at the Cross Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date at the Cross Creek Baptist Church to celebrate Bob’s going home to be with the Lord. Family and friends would like to give a special THANK YOU to the staff of Diversicare of Dover, for the exceptional care given to Bob throughout his many stays there.
