Robert E Carroll, 62, of Cliffwood Beach, NJ, passed away Thursday, April 19th, 2018. He was born in Raleigh, NC, moving to New Jersey, he was a Matawan High School Graduate. A member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Keyport and worked as a custodian for the Hazlet Township Scool District for 25 years before retiring in 2014.

Robert had a great sence of humor, enjoyed singing, had many friends and was a sports fanatic but most of all loved his Mets and Jets. Robert is pre deceased by his parents Lonnie and Evla Carroll and his sister Odessa Carroll. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Ada, his loving children Krystal Sain and her husband Tristan of Cliffwood, Step Children Michael White and his wife Lillian of NY and Ronald White and his companion Janice of Union Beach.

He also leaves his caring siblings, Lonnie Carroll and his wife Hellen, Bernell Carroll and his wife Denise, Carol Peterson and her husband Larry, Anniemae Carroll, Janice and Judice Carroll. 5 adoring step grand children Lisa , Michael Jr., Joseph, Andrew and Ronald Jr. Friends and family are invited Saturday April 21, 2018 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport NJ, 07735. Cremation will be private.
