Mr. Robert Elwood Hester, age 59 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 5th at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes. He was born November 26, 1958 in Christian County, Kentucky the son of Cora Hester. He was a member of Henderson Memorial Baptist.

He enjoyed carpentry and fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother as well as his wife Carolyn Ann Hester (2008) and his son Robert Allen Hester. He is survived by his daughter Amy Lynn Hester of Hopkinsville and two grandchildren.

Visitation with the Hester family will be on Friday from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Joiner officiating. Interment will follow at the Stokes Chapel Cemetery in Elkton.
