Robert H. Kooser, 81 of Mill Run died Wednesday January 16, 2019 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born February 23, 1937 in Mill Run a son of the late Henry and Bertha Dull Kooser. He was a graduate of Connellsville High School, Class of 1954.

Bob was a self employed dairy farmer and he also worked as a Bus Driver of Colburn Bus Co. Early in his life Bob coached Little League and Pony League and he was an accomplished amateur boxer having won the Golden Gloves in 1957. He was a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Donna Miltz Kooser; two children, Steve Kooser and his wife Debbie of Mill Run and Nancy May and her husband Roger of Mill Run; his grandchildren, Katie Vivian and her husband Dan, Joe Kooser, Casey Henger and her husband Brady, Jenny Kooser and her fiancé Andy Mislo, Carmen Steinbugl and her husband Chad and Jacob May; four great grandchildren, Jordan and Savannah Vivian and Maylee and Charley Henger and a sister-in-law Mollie Kooser of Mill Run.

Bob was the last surviving member of his immediate family. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, John French Kooser and Van Kooser. Friends will be received from 2-9 P.M. Friday in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., corner of Municipal Building Road and Route 711, Melcroft.

Additional viewing will take place on Saturday in the Indian Creek Baptist Church, Mill Run from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M, the hour of services with Rev. Chris McLaughlin officiating. Interment will be in the Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery.
