Robert Lee Harrington, Jr. age 68 of Hardinsburg, KY died Sunday, September 16, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Fort Knox, KY on September 7, 1950, the son of the late Robert Lee Harrington, Sr. and Helen Ruth Yazell Harrington. Robert retired from the United States Army and was a truck driver.

He enjoyed building model tanks and cars, as well as working on hot rods. He is survived by his wife Doris Howard Harrington of Hardinsburg, KY 3 sons – Scott Harrington of Irvington, KY Rob Harrington (Meredith) of Flaherty, KY Byron Harrington (Tammy) of Tell City, IN 5 grandchildren:Spring, Baylee and Emily Harrington, Jared and Hayden Marlow 1 great granddaughter: Marlee Harrington 2 sisters: Marie Withrow and Norma Robida of Frankfort, KY Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, 9-19-2018 at 1 PM with Rev. Kyle Hopper officiating.

Burial with military honors will be in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 4-8 PM and Wednesday after 8 AM. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Hosparus.
