Obituary for Robert Michael Treston Robert M. Treston, 64, died peacefully surrounded by family members and dear friends on October 7 in Charleston. The Philadelphia native first relocated to Charleston in 1989 while serving in the U.S. Navy. From Charleston, Rob moved to Beaufort, which became the home closest to his heart.
In Beaufort, Rob made life-long friends. He also immersed himself in the town’s history when he worked as a tour guide for Southern Rose Buggy Tours. Rob is survived by his siblings Terrence Treston, Brian Treston, Marybeth Treston Hagan and their families, as well as other extended family members and friends.
