Roe’s Obituary Roe W. Partin, age 84, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019, at the Tri-State Rehabilitation Center in Harrogate, TN. He was born on May 5, 1934, the son of the late Howard Partin and Gladys Lambdin Partin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Roe Ellen Partin and Ellen Partin; and his son, Roe Willian Partin.

He is survived by the following members of his family: his loving wife of 56 years, Thelma Partin; daughter, Lana Collett; son, Kevin Kibert; sister, Georgie Frazier; niece, Connie Simpson; nephews, Edward Simpson and James Simpson; and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.

Tim Long officiating. Music will be provided by Arnold Lee Smallwood and Luther Adkins. Pallbearers will be Gary Mayes, Dewey Mayes, David Daniels, Edward Simpson, James Simpson and David Brooks.

Interment will follow at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens. Creech Funeral Home is entrusted will all arrangements. Online condolences and register book are available at www.
