Obituary for Roger Culwell Roger Daryl Culwell, age 69 of Crossville, Tennessee and formerly of Joelton, died Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Alive Hospice- Skyline Madison Campus. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock am, Wednesday, July 18th at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Bro. Greg Smith officiating.

Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery with Chuck Culwell, Joshua Culwell, Micheal Douglas, Gary Lee, Dick Walker, and David Richardson serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 17th, from 5:00-7:00PM and again on Wednesday beginning at 10:00AM until the hour of service at 11:00AM. Mr. Culwell was born on March 10, 1949 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Charles and Thelma Buckner Culwell.

He was previously employed with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, and was a Christian. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Wayne Culwell. Survivors include his nephews, Chuck Culwell (Sherry), Joshua Culwell (Jerry); niece, Amy Douglas (Micheal); and several great-nieces & great-nephews.
