Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Romona Jordan Lee Byrd, age 87, will be held Sunday at 3:00 at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Jamie St. Ours and Rev.

John Hamilton will officiate. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 5-7 pm at the funeral home.

Romona was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Brody Weldon Jordan and Inez Warren Jordan. She was a life long member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was loved by all who knew her because of the love she had for everyone.

Surviving are two daughters, Sedell Rowe, Hartsville and Robin (Cliff) Lane, Darlington; seven grandchildren, Shannon (Heath) Freeman, Donna (Todd) Cassidy, Kelly (Gary) Butler, Lindsey (Jared) Hess, Kristen Wilkes, Jordan Lane and Ashley Lane; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Joann Johnson, Hartsville. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, C. Marion Lee Sr. and Merlin Byrd; one son, C. Marion (Bug) Lee, Jr. and one daughter and son in law, Barbara and Kenny Wilkes; one sister, Bennie Mae Kelly and one brother, Bobby Jordan. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1001 Marquis Highway, Hartsville, S.C. 29550.
