Obituary for Ronald G. Brunner, Jr. Ronald G. Brunner, Jr., 75, of Annville died Sunday, December 9, 2018 in Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband of Shirley A. Snyder Brunner with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage. Born in Lebanon on October 7, 1943, he was the son of the late Ronald G., Sr. and Dorothy May Smith Brunner.

He had worked for Raymark Asbestos, Manheim, for the Annville-Cleona School District, and as a and part time police officer for South Annville Twp. Ron served in the U.S. Army and with the Pennsylvania National Guard. He was a member of the Class of 1963 at Cornwall High School and a former member of the Quentin United Church of Christ.

He was a member of the Annville American Legion and V.F.W., life member of the Annville Union Hose Fire Company and the Quentin Volunteer Fire Co., Brownstone Lodge #666, F. & A.M., PA Sherriff’s Association, and the Lebanon Tall Cedars. He was a coach for basketball and baseball in the Annville Youth League and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, walking, yard sales, and flea markets. Surviving in addition to his wife is a son Michael D. Brunner (Tina)of Denver, PA, a brother Scott Brunner (Trudy) of Exeter, three sisters Sandy Smith (Richard) of Robesonia, Cindy Kelliher (Patrick) of Lebanon, Peggy Snyder of Myerstown, a granddaughter Marina Brunner, 7 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Inurnment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with Military Honors. A visitation will be held on Friday from 9-10 AM at the funeral home.
