Obituary for Ronald John Gall Ronald John Gall, 73, of Estero, FL, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Formerly of West Chicago, IL, he had been an Estero resident since 2012. He was born May 27, 1945 in Oak Park, IL, the son of John and Edna (née Popp) Gall.

Ron graduated from the University of Illinois School of Architecture in Champaign, IL. He worked in construction management as Vice President at Morten Construction Co., Senior Project Manager at Harbour Contractors, Inc., and Senior Project Manager for Owner Services Group, Inc. until his retirement. He enjoyed gourmet cooking, tennis, reading, skiing, hiking, kayaking, music and the arts.

Ron is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Jacqueline L. (née Maher) Gall; his loving children, Alyssa (John) Pohlman of Falmouth, MA and Bryan Gall of New Castle, CO; his devoted mother, Edna Dutko of Lombard, IL; brother, Gerald (Lauren) Gall of Gilbert, AZ; and five cherished grandchildren, Cora, Anna, Gustaf, Eleanor and Louise. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Light Catholic Church, 19680 Cypress View Drive, Ft. Myers.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, www. heart.org. Arrangements are being handled by Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home – Family Owned Since 1978.
