Ronnie Primrose of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, formerly of Elmore City, Oklahoma, was born to Tommie Haskell and Elmus Maurece (Guthrie) Primrose on April 27, 1942 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma and passed from this life on March 12, 2019 in Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years. Ronnie grew up and attended school at the Parks community and graduated from Elmore City High School. He later served his country in the U. S. Army.

Ronnie worked as an attendant at the Pauls Valley State School for many years. Ronnie was devoted to taking care of his parents. In his spare time, Ronnie enjoyed bird watching, gardening, and growing flowers.

Ronnie enjoyed reading the Bible and his favorite verses were Romans 10: 9-13. He enjoyed life and was a very caring and giving person. Mr. Primrose is survived by: Brothers: Rick Primrose and wife Janell of Lone Grove, Oklahoma Larry Primrose and wife Karen of Norman, Oklahoma Aunts: Hilda Cannon and Glennita Hollman Nieces and Nephews: Trillene Baird, Trent Primrose, Hollie Woods, and Rickey Kent Primrose, Jr. Numerous cousins, family members and friends Mr. Primrose was preceded in death by: His parents: Tommie and Elmus Primrose Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
