Rosalie M. Bayer McClain, 89, of Natrona Heights, PA died on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Shelbourne Nursing Home, Butler, PA. Rosalie was born on Sunday, July 8, 1928 in Natrona Heights to the late John A. Bayer and Grace E. Hazlett Bayer Love. She was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church, Sarver, PA.

She enjoyed traveling, cooking and sewing. Rosalie is survived by her children: Dr. David H. McClain of Loveland, CO and Dr. Gordon K. (Sharon) McClain of Saxonburg, PA; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; her siblings: Edward Love of Tarentum, PA, Frances G. Porter of Tarentum, PA, Joyce L. Stedrak of Apollo, PA, and Patricia Bayer of Chicago, IL and her sister in law: Peggy Bayer of Tarentum, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Edward Harrison McClain (Sept.

23, 1993), her daughter in law: Kara Lee McClain and her brother: George Bayer.
