Rosalie (Billen) Wilson, of Monaca, PA, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2019 She was born in Olyphant, PA and was the daughter of late Michael and Anna (Mosley) Billen. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Michael Billen, and twin sister Terry Rewiski. Rosalie enjoyed baking and cooking her zucchini loafs and Irish soda bread.

She was a kind loving person who liked helping others. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Lewis, Leduc, Canada, dear Jimmy Wilson, England, loving nieces and nephews: Sue and Jerry Masley, their children and grandchildren: Michael and Amanda Masley, Michelle Masley, Amelia and Ethan Masley and her good friends and neighbors at Edgecomb apartments. Family and friends are welcome to attend a blessing service Wednesday at 9:30 at Mt.

Olivet Cemetery Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery arrangements were entrusted to the Anthony Mastrofrancesco Funeral Home Inc. 2026 McMinn Street, Aliquippa, 724-375-0496.
