Rose M. (Sporer) Demarest, 75, a lifelong resident of Elizabeth, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. She was a retired machine operator for Burry Biscuit in Elizabeth. Mrs. Demarest was the beloved wife of the late Edward, devoted mother of Florence Mojica and her husband Ralph of Elizabeth, Toni Demarest and her fiancé Dana O’Neal of Colonia, Linda Jones and her husband Patrick of Elizabeth, the late Edward and Joyce Demarest.

Loving sister of James and Frankie Sporer, and Eleanor Soltys. She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. Cherished grandmother of eight, great grandmother of one and the late Cassidy Rose.

Visiting Monday, 4:00-8:00 pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, 9:00 am from Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East St. George Avenue, Linden, NJ (908)352-9190. Funeral mass St. Genevieve RC Church, Elizabeth 10:00 am.

Interment Mt. Oliver Cemetery, Newark.
