Rosemary Cervertti, 80, formerly of DeWitt, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at Mercy Medical Center in Clinton, Iowa, following a brief illness. Rosemary June Cervetti was born October 27, 1938, in Hardin County Iowa to Lawerence and Helen (Eggleston) Bavender. After graduating from high school, she attended beauty school and later became an instructor in Marshalltown and Clinton.

She later worked for Oscar Meyer, International Paper, and Wyndcrest Nursing Home. Rosemary enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending all of their sporting events. She also enjoyed sewing, making quilts and afghans, baking, and gardening with her grandson.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobi (Joe) Mulholland of DeWitt; grandchildren, Justin (Erin) Mulholland, Jarret (Danielle Downs) Mulholland, Jordan (Jon) Hoffman, Jaci (Damien Fahlbeck) Mulholland, Dawn (Zach) Liekweg, Kasey Cervetti, and Bobi (Allison) Cervetti; great-grandchildren, Joslynn, Jamisynn, Lincoln, Drake, Deegan, Jaedalyn, and Brayten; a daughter-in-law, Brenda Cervetti; siblings Katherine (Lynn) Yohn, Lee (Tish) Bavender, King (Maria) Bavender, Ginger (Jon) Vandervort; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Bret Cervetti, and a brother, Robert Bavender. A private family service will be held at a later date.
