Roxane Elizabeth (Stroup) Brown, 53, of Dillsburg, PA, entered God’s Eternal Care peacefully on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, with her loving family by her side. Born April 3, 1965 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Charles E. Sr.(Deceased), and Patricia E. (Mariani) Stroup. Roxane was a 1983 graduate of Hereford High School, Parkton, MD.

She was employed by Well Span as an Intake coordinator. Roxane loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Roxane is survived by her sons, Steven Stidham and girlfriend Kara Conlee of Dillsburg, PA, Patrick Stidham and Fiancée Caitlin Reese of Hanover, PA; 3 grandchildren, Aubree Brubaker, MacieLee Brubaker, and Arabella Stidham; one brother, Charles Stroup, Jr and wife Tonya of Stevensville, MD; and two sisters, Cindy Gover and husband Tim of Dallastown, PA, and Leah Miller and husband Scott of New Freedom, PA, and many aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to celebrate and remember Roxane’s life will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA. A viewing and time to share memories with the family will be held from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, Monday, September 17, 2018 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.

The family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to the Kenworthy Funeral Home, Inc., 269 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA. Memories and condolences may be shared at www. kenworthyfh.com.
