Obituary Ruby M. Phillips, 88, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at Exceptional Living Center of Brazil, on January 23, 2019. She was born on May 17, 1930, in Slate Branch, Kentucky the daughter of Ardova Girdler. Ruby was an active and devoted member of the Church of the Living Christ.

Ruby married Barttye Phillips who preceded her in death in 2000. She was also preceded in death by her mother Ardova Girdler, a sister Trudy Girdler, a granddaughter Amanda Morlan, and a great-grandson Todd Wilson.
