Obituary for Russell Wayne Fairchild Russell Wayne Fairchild, 63, of Comanche, Texas passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018. Russell was born to Dan and Deffie Fairchild in Kermit TX in the summer of 1955. He graduated high school from Permian High school in Odessa Texas and went to college at Texas State in San Marcus.

Russell’s first marriage blessed him with his daughter, Dana Fairchild. Russell was the shop supervisor for El Paso Products in Odessa, TX for over 10 years before moving to Comanche to be close to his parents. Russell is survived by his daughter, Dana Strong and husband Travis of Raymond Mississippi, parents Dan and Deffie Fairchild of Comanche, TX.

Two grandkids, Anna Raines and Colton Raines of Raymond Mississippi, a brother Mike Fairchild and wife Vickie of Longview, TX, and a niece, nephew and several friends. Russell was preceded in death by a sister, Dana Lynn Fairchild. A Memorial service will be held at the Chapel at Heartland Funeral Home in Comanche, TX on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
