Ruth’s Obituary HILL, Ruth Ann – of Davison and Bradenton, FL, age 69, passed away February 26, 2019 at McLaren – Lapeer. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd. , Davison; Paul Schlegelmilch officiating.

Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM-3 PM and 5-8 PM Friday. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Friday.

There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Saturday. Ruth was born in Flint, MI on July 27, 1949, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Baranyia) Fry. She was a fantastic painter and her talents extended to crocheting, crafting and cooking.

Ruth enjoyed bingo, playing cards, golfing, being outdoors and camping with her family. She was very fun loving and was known to be the “favorite aunt”. Ruth was always willing to help and try new things.

She loved spending time with her friends in Florida, who were like extended family to her. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Jim) Hitchcock and Theresa Hill; grandchildren, Jackson, Seth, Ani and Tate; siblings, Kenneth (Janet) Fry and Loraine (Mel) Serow; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Barbara Cruickshank, Beverly Seidel and Patricia Couch.
