Gerald “Jerry” D. Lipford, age 65, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the Hospice of Laurens County. He was born in Kinards, SC and was a son of the late JD and Magdeline Beaman Lipford, he was a Vietnam Veteran who served with the US Navy. Mr. Lipford is survived by his children, Michael Lipford of Gray Court, Brandy Barber (Jason) of Whitmire, Nina Beck (Freddie) of Gray Court; his step-children, Wayne Lambert (Jessica) of Myrtle Beach, Tammy Brookshire (Tony) of Lexington; his siblings, Danny, Becky, Tina, Luther, Annette, and Allen; his nine grandchildren and his two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Lipford is predeceased by his two wives, Juanita Marie Lipford and Pamela Haupfear Lipford. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 3 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton, with burial to take place at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 4 to 6 PM at the Gray Funeral Home.
