Ruth B. Levy, 80, of Rock Island, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the Davenport Jewish Cemetery on Fairmount, aka Tri-City Jewish Cemetery, Davenport. Ruth was born on December 18, 1938 in Rock Island, the daughter of Louis Levy and Rose Goldman.

She was a graduate of Villa de Chantel, Rock Island and Rock Island High School. Ruth was a former member of the Tri-City Jewish Center. Ruth is survived by her sister, Maravene Levy, and other loving family members.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents and brother, Delmar. Ruth’s family would like to thank Kris Cawley, a beloved friend and caregiver who was devoted to Ruth. The family also wishes to express their deep gratitude to Allan Ross and Jenny Kitsis of the Jewish Federation of the Quad Cities, and David Andich for all they did for Ruth.
