Obituary for Ruth Ross Print Mrs. Ruth Ross October 9, 1926 – January 30, 2019 Mrs. Ruth Ross age 92, of Barnesville, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Eternal Hope Hospice. Mrs. Ross was born on October 9, 1926 in Porterdale, GA, to the late John Harvey Sherwood and the late Jane Lily Sherwood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Ross; daughter, Darlene Sprayberry; son, Warren Ross; granddaughter, Melady Ross; 3 sisters, and 3 brothers.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Yvonne Williams, Deborah Ross, Cheryl and Allen Nadzan, and Stacia and Jason Martin; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Clarita Sprayberry and Sean and Jeannette Ross; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; sisters and brother-in-law, Elizabeth Garrett, and Martha and Ira Barnes; and brother Johnny Sherwood. A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Ruth Ross will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in Teamon Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Derek Lovelady will officiate.
