Belle, Ruthanna (Kinzey), 91, Dania, Florida, went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2019 at Memorial Hospital Hollywood, Florida. Born December 19, 1927 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late J. Henry and Lavada Margaret (Allison) Kinzey.

Also preceded in death by husband Frank Samuel Belle; and brothers Fred, Karl and Marlin. Survived by daughter Arlene married to Gary Short and son Frank Delano and sister Laura Ann Saporita married to Jesse Belcher. She was a devoted grandmother to Mark John and Anthony Frank: great grandmother to Tucker, Knox and Blaine.

daughter in law Danielle. Also survived by sister in law Catherine (Marlin) Kinzey, cousins Helen Cornell and Warren Kinzey. Ruthanna was a 1945 graduate of Richland Township High School and continued her education at Cambria Rowe Business School.

She worked at Dale Bank, Johnstown. After moving to South Florida in 1958 she started at First National Bank, Hollywood Florida. Then merging with Sun Trust Bank, Hollywood Florida until her retirement.

Her children express their love and appreciation for her “Mom, you have given so much and asked for so little in return. Thank you for always being there for us, teaching us, listening to us, loving us, and always, always paving the way for us. You were always a devoted, fun loving mother who always gave her time and heart to anyone in need.

But we remember now in love, your life from start to new life of everlasting joy and peace. We are just glad we knew you as mother and as friend. We love you sweet mom and gram”.

“Gone but not forgotten ‘Tis hard to break the tender cord When love has bound the heart, ‘Tis hard, so hard, to speak the words: “We must forever part”. Dearest loved one we must lay thee In the peaceful grave’s embrace, But the memory will be cherished ‘Till we see thy heavenly face. Friends received from 10 AM to time of service at 11 AM Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
