McVicker-May—Evelyn Mae, 81, Windber Woods, went to be with the Lord on March 22, 2019. Born September, 29, 1937 in Windber, daughter of George and Florence (Wentz) Boyer. Preceded in death by parents; second husband, Samuel McVicker; sister, Dorothy (Boyer) Roche; great grandson, Liam Hart; great grandson, Jackson Walters.

She survived by her sisters Daisy (Boyer) (Childers) Graham of Florida and LaVerne (Boyer); loving children: Deborah (May), wife of James J. Wyland, Jr., Altoona, PA, grandchildren, Kristin, wife of Timothy Kessling, great grandchildren, Hannah, Savannah and Ethan; Angela, wife of Michael Kimmel, great grandchild, Antasia; China, wife of Zane Hart, great grandchild, Chloe; Chere, wife of Aaron Norcross, great grandchildren, Zoey Mae and Lilly. Ronald, husband of Edith Miller of Alum Bank, PA, grandchildren Ryan and Danny. Gary, husband of Jeanne (Brant) of Central City, PA, grandchildren, Krystal Tranovich with Brian Sauro of Johnstown, great grandchild Sofie; Amanda, wife of Eric Jarabak of Johnstown, great grandchild Emberlee; Jessica with Jason Walters of Central City, great grandchildren, Allie, Emma, Trevor and Zachary; Darlene, wife of Jason Trimeloni of Central City, PA, grandchildren Nathaniel and Benjamin Gibbons; Timothy May with Catherine (Gerould) of Cairnbrook, grandchildren, Timothy Jr., of Boswell, great grandchildren Emma and Brantley; Nicolle with Russell Berish of Central City, great grandchildren Camden and Ryleigh; Joshua with Kelli of Central City, and Cody.

Also, survived by many nieces and nephews. Evelyn loved sharing the Word of God, praying every day for her family and friends, spending time with her children and grandchildren, birds, gardening, cooking and baking, and her grand fur babies. Evelyn was a wonderful mother and grandmother who was a big part of our lives and she will be sadly missed.

Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Evelyn had touched in a special way throughout her memorable life. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday at Harris Funeral home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland and from 10 am to time of funeral Service at 11 am at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship.
