Taynor, 87, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was born in Yamagata, Japan and lived in Rahway for the past 63 years. Sakiko was a Homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Taynor, who died in 1989. She is survived by three sons: William Taynor and his wife Marietta, Michael Taynor and his wife Cindy and Darrin Taynor.

Five grandchildren, Jonathan, Kristina, Michael Jr., Michelle and Matthew. She is also survived by eight great grand children: Ryan, Sophia, JJ, Patrick, Bennett, Thomas, Ella and Mila. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, May 31, 2019, 11:00 am at the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, 275 West Milton Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065.

Interment will be at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, Inman Avenue, Colonia, NJ 07067. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
