Obituary of Sally Ann Hypes Mrs. Sally Ann (Peters) Hypes 69 of Roanoke received her angel wings on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at her home in Roanoke, Virginia. Sally, daughter to Coy Lee and Edna Peters, was born on July 14, 1949 and raised in Boones Mill Virginia. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Robert Lee Hypes Jr. and a sister, Nancy Sult.

Sally was employed at the Tobacco Co. on Williamson Road in Roanoke for 20 years. She was also a familiar face at Happy’s Flea Market. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Robert Lee Hypes Sr.; daughters, Sally Pate (Robert) and Jennifer Riffle (Jimmy); four grandchildren, Coy Lee Hypes (Kassie), Dale Pate, Marissa Riffle (Danielle), and Georgia Riffle.

Along with her fur babies, “Khai” and “Jasmine” (Yappy). Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children and family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:45pm Sunday November 25, 2018 at Simpson Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in the Franklin Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Saturday November 24, 2018 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at Simpson Funeral Home. Condolences may be left for the family at www.
