Obituary for Samuel “Sam” Dodd Ellisor Samuel “Sam” Dodd Ellisor, 54, of Florence, SC, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019. Mr. Ellisor was a son of Gwen Dreher Ellisor and Wilton “Ben” Ellisor. He was District Operations Manager for Airgas Company.

He was a devoted and loving husband, dedicated son, loving father and nurturing Gpa. He was a selfless foster parent. In addition to his parents of Florence, he is survived by his wife, Shannon Wynn Ellisor; daughter, Aron Ellisor of Florence; step-daughter, Victoria James Richardson (Kendall) of Sumter; grandson, Karsen Richardson of Sumter; sister, Kimberly Ellis of Charlotte, NC and nephew, Sean Parker of VA.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Foster Care Closet, 1811 South Irby Street, Suite 107, Florence, SC 29501.
