Obituary of Sandra Balder Sandra Balder, 72 of Lakewood passed away January 19, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. She was born December 5, 1946 in Minnesota, the daughter of Joseph and Lorraine Schieber. Sandra ran Western Wear clothing store in CA for over ten years.

After moving to Lakewood, she worked at Vision Care until her retirement. She loved gardening, being outdoors, and traveling. Sandra was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband Stewart, her sons, Ronald (Marijah Gibber) Decker, Christopher (Cindy) Decker, and Robert Decker, her grandchildren, Ashley Decker, Makayla Decker, Liz Skinner, and Christa Decker, her great grandchild Everett Decker, her brothers, Joseph Schieber, Richard Schieber, and Thomas Schieber, and her sisters, Lori Trotter, Mary Schieber, and Shirley Ferrara. Sandra is preceded in death by her Parents. Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
