Sarah Ann (nee: Meadows) Meadows, age 100 of Madison, OH, a homemaker, passed away Jan. 19, 2019 at her home. Born June 19, 1918 in Buchanan, VA to Henry and Alta (nee: Stiltner) Meadows, she had been a longtime Buchanan resident before moving to the area in 1996.

She is survived by her children Betty Sue Charles of VA, Farley of TX, Judy of VA, Harry of IN, Eddie of Madison, OH, Hank of VA and Jerry of VA; over 160 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters Elsie Bismeyer of IN and Evelyn Farmer of IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William F. Meadows, children Herman and James, 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, two brothers and four sisters. Burial took place at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chester Twp.
