Sarah L. Wagner, 88, of Glenn Wagner Road, Muncy, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at The Gatehouse, Williamsport. Born August 15, 1930 in Hughesville, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Gertrude (Hill) Hall. On October 10, 1950 she married Glenn Luther Wagner and they celebrated 63 years of marriage until his death October 18, 2013.

Sarah was a 1948 graduate of Hughesville High School and helped her husband on their family farm in Moreland Township. She was a member of Hughesville Baptist Church and enjoyed listening to gospel music and reading, especially the Bible. She cherished all the times she spent with her grandchildren.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law: Denny L. and Brenda Wagner, Muncy; five grandchildren: Jessica L. Wagner, Dale G. Wagner, Toby S. Wagner and his wife Michelle; Odessa R. Carichner and her husband Keith; and Curvin L. Wagner; one great-granddaughter, Kaylyn Carichner; and four sisters: Ruth (Ed) Smits of Wantagh, Long Island; Eleanor (Don) Crouse of Rockhill, SC; Thelma (Don) Blair, Grovetown, GA; and Gwendolyn (John) Glendhill of Pennsdale. Preceding her in death besides her husband was a son, Dr. G. Dale Wagner; two sisters: Jean Dorenbecker and Joyce Fiester; and four brothers: James, Allen, Robert, and Alfred Hall. Memorial contributions in Sarah’s name may be made to the Fairview Church of the Nazarene, 345 Fairview Road, Turbotville, PA 17772.

Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brooks Funeral Home and Cremation Svc PC, 207 Broadway Street, Turbotville. www.
