Obituary for Sarah Stamper January 30, 1986 – July 25, 2018 Sarah Lynn Stamper, daughter of Tawna Brown and Cledis Stamper passed away at home on July 25, 2018. She was preceded in death by her uncle, Travis Brown; and cousins, Goble Stamper and Kyle Stamper. She leaves behind her daughter, Tiyah Franklin; her mother, Tawna Brown; father and stepmother, Cledis and Mechelle Stamper; sister, Krysti Brown; brother, Michael Stamper; grandparents, Glenn Brown, Brenda Brown, Clella Young; several aunts and uncles, Donnie Stamper, Marc Brown, Ricky Brown, Kelly Brown, Kevin Brown, Jeff Morgan; her partner in life, Frederick Franklin; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was a loving mother to her daughter and a graduate of Bourbon County High School. She loved adventure and life. She will be extremely missed.

Fly high and be free, our Angel. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 28, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.
