Scott Caldwell, 48, of Gallipolis, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 9, 2018. He was born January 16, 1970 in Gallipolis, son of the late Gilbert Caldwell and Dana Lockhart Caldwell, who survives him. Scott was married to Kim Hutchins Caldwell and she survives also.

He was a retired inspector for the Ohio State Highway Patrol and a member of Rio Grande Christian Church. A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Ridgelawn Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Patrick officiating.
