Obituary for Scott Fraze Scott Fraze, 57, of Elizabethtown, passed away Monday January 7, 2019 at his home in Elizabethtown. He was born in Louisville to Lloyd and Betty (Lyons) Fraze. He was a Saw Operator.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Lloyd A Fraze. He is survived by his loving Wife, Lisa Fraze of Elizabethtown. Mother, Betty Fraze of Elizabethtown.

Brother, Mark (LaLonnie) Fraze of Clarskon, Sister, Felicia Fraze of Elizabethtown. Sister, Lisa Fraze of Elizabethtown. Step Daughter, Amy Smith of Elizabethtown, KY.

Funeral Services for Scott will be held Friday January 11, 2019 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown with Reverend Kenneth Merritt officiating. Burial will be held at Lyons Cemetery following the funeral. Visitation will be Thursday January 10 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown.
