Sharon went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 27, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband; Elmer Eugene Rucker, parents; Arnold and Belinda Lett, and three sisters; Marilyn Vega, Doris Nelson and Merle Web.
She leaves behind her legacy to her son; Rondal Rucker, daughter; Regina Rucker, one brother; Arnold Lett, two sisters; Ada Todd and Margie Skalicky, 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Public visitation will be held on Thursday, January 03, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, January 04, 2019 at Messiah Baptist Church, 513 Henry SE, at 11:00 AM.
