Sharron Ann Wood, age 68, passed away April 20, 2018. She was born on May 10, 1949, in Henagar, AL to Carl and Clarice Culpepper. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary and brothers Waylon and Howell.

Sharron is survived by her husband Judson and son David. Sharron was instrumental in the lives of many. Sharron retired from the Okaloosa County School District after 15 years as a Childcare Director at Plew Elementary School.

Taking care of children was her passion; however, her number one priority was her son, David. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Her smile and caring heart will be missed.

The family would like to extend a very special thanks to all friends and professionals who helped care for Sharron over these past few months. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, April 26th from 1-2 pm, with services beginning at 2:00 pm, at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Heritage Gardens Cemetery.
