He was born February 20, 1969 in Frazeysburg, son of the late, James Rickeart and Theresa Nauer Rickeart. He is survived by his children, Heather Rickeart, Diamond Devlin, Shawn Rickeart Jr.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
