Bro. Keith Thompson will officiate.

Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her husband, Woody Carter; granddaughter, Samantha Gann; and brother, Charlie Sumrall. She is survived by her foster daughter, Deborah Miller (James) of Richton; granddaughter, Amy Gann (Jamie Yates) of Petal; great-granddaughter, Kaylee Yates; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 3:30 – 4:15 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2019 at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
