Shirley’s Obituary Shirley S. Hodapp Age 67, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019, at The Hospice of Dayton. Shirley was born April 26, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Stephen & Delphia (Pence) Halcomb. She was a member of Vandalia United Methodist Church, a certified Master Gardener, and during her working life had worked at Miami Valley Hospital, NCR and Standard Register.

Shirley is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James & Emily Hodapp, Jr and their daughter, Maddie Hodapp. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon, Thursday, February 7, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Pastor Michael Malcosky will officiate.

Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Shirley to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave.
