Sipu’a L. Allara, RIVERTON, UT Sipu’a L. Allara, age 83 of Riverton, passed away peacefully February 9th, 2019 at 8:00am surrounded by her beloved daughters, amazing grandchildren, and outstanding great grandchildren. Sipu’a is survived by her husband Fred Mellen, daughters Ianeta VanKeppel, Ruta Moaning, Laura (Paul) Vanderwall, and Daianna (Greg) Tarlton. Grandchildren Jamie (Ionita) Te’o, Eyisha (Setefano) Malieitulua, Howard Te’o, Kilikina Casey, Jacqueline Plunkett, James Plunkett, Barbie (Jason) McNabb, Mikaele Moananu, and many loving great grandchildren.

Visitations will be held on Friday, February 15th, at 9:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, located at 12681 South 3600 West, Riverton, UT until funeral service at 10:00am. Interment will be at the Herriman Cemetery located at 12465 South Pioneer ST, Herriman UT at 11:30am.
