Sonia L. Koenig, 90, Oaktown, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at Oak Village Nursing Home. Sonia was born August 14, 1927, in Edwardsport, the daughter of Virgil and Laura (Fiscus) McDaniel. She was a production worker at Crane.

She enjoyed spending time with her family. Sonia is survived by her children, Rick (Gloria) Koenig of Gloucester, VA, Daniel (Donna) Koenig of Indianapolis, Mark Koenig of Bicknell and Bradley (Becky) Koenig of Bicknell; seven grandchildren; sister, Thelma Walburn of MS. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11:00 Am with Pastor Robert Duncan officiating at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bicknell Chapel. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service also at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.
